Competitive Syllabus

A competitive dancing syllabus is a systematic approach to learning and mastering the various dance styles and levels of skill required to compete successfully in this exciting sport. This is typically broken down into levels, ranging from beginner to advanced, and covers all the 10 dances.

The syllabus includes a series of routines that follow a set of technical guidelines, allowing dancers to develop core competencies and learn choreography within each dance style. Each dance style has its unique tempo, rhythm, and character, and the syllabus helps to ensure that dancers have the ability to execute them with precision and style, as well as the ability to adapt to their partner’s style and technique.
